How many homes do David and Victoria Beckham own? Couple consider renting or selling Cotswolds property

Home is where the heart is and for David and Victoria Beckham, their hearts are potentially no longer residing in their ‘dream’ Cotswolds cottage after complaints about traffic and noise.

The former footballer and Spice Girl singer have earnt themselves and their family an affluent lifestyle seen from their successful careers and their property portfolio worth an estimated £73 million.

One of their beloved homes is a £6 million repurposed barn located in the Cotswolds that comes complete with a football pitch and pool.

Since purchasing the property in December 2016, Posh and Becks have added a gym and sauna as well as a £50,000 safari tent for entertaining purposes, doubling the home’s worth, while also hiring three-time Chelsea Flower Show winner Marcus Barnett to transform the countryside space.

Despite putting their time, money and love into their self-proclaimed ‘sanctuary’ where they spent weekends, the famous family have found it difficult to live there as a result of traffic and noise that comes from the road.

The now £12 million property resides close to celebrity hotspot Soho Farmhouse, a social club that has seen the likes of Meghan Markle or James Corden frequent.

An insider said: “David and Victoria adore their barn and they absolutely love Great Tew, but the traffic and noise that comes from it has made it very difficult to live there. They think it’s time to find another property to spend their weekends in, just not too far away.”

While it has not been confirmed whether the couple will sell or rent the Cotswolds barn, they have a handful of homes to go to in the meantime:

£31 million London townhouse

Located in Holland Park, London is the Beckham’s seven bedroom property that cost a blistering £31 million.

The couple purchased the Grade-II listed home in 2013, two years after their youngest child Harper was born, and have spent millions of pounds renovating the grand home.

Although Posh and Becks have updated the old home in the capital, it has recently been revealed that they have had to cordon off parts of the home which are collapsing but cannot be touched quickly due to its Grade-II listing.

£19 million Miami penthouse

When the family is on the other side of the pond for holidays or work with David’s football team Inter Miami, they will tend to live in their Miami home located in the One Hundred Museum building.

With multiple terraces and panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay, the American apartment is said to be built to replicate a seven-star hotel room.

£5 million bespoke yacht

In honour of David’s football career and the number he donned on his back throughout his performances for Manchester United and England, the Beckhams own a yacht called ‘Seven’.

The 93 foot vessel was bought by the Beckhams after being inspired on a holiday with Elton John, but has seemingly paid off as the family lived in luxury during Brooklyn’s April 2022 wedding to Nicola Peltz.

£4 million Burj Khalifa home

Unlike David’s other properties, not many pictures have been taken inside this posh home.

In 2009, David bought a home in the world’s tallest building and is thought to still have it on his property portfolio.

£8 million Dubai home

Just a stone’s throw away from their Burj Khalifa home is the Beckham’s Palm Jumeirah villa which was bought in 2002 for £1.3 million, but has risen to a cool £8 million in price.

It is thought that Victoria and David gave this property to Posh Spice’s parents Tony and Jackie Adams, after the family found themselves not spending much time there.
