Could this be the South London home on the market that Phillip Schofield and his wife bought?

Is this South London apartment the very same place that Philip Schofield allegedly had 'trysts' with his younger lover?

Amidst the turmoil that ITV are currently facing after more revelations have come out regarding Phillip Schofield, Holly Willoughby and the culture within This Morning, spare a thought for the apparent “villain” of the situation and how, in a struggling house market, the sale of his and his wife’s two bedroom penthouse apartment isn’t exactly going smoothly.

Per the Daily Mail, the South London property was bought originally for £1.2 million but has had problems being sold, leading it is being reduced by £100,000 - and a source for the Daily Mail in the very same article mentioned that there was one buyer but they pulled out recently from finalising the deal.

Intrepid as ever regarding how the other half live, Peopleworld have scoured the housing market and believe (and we cannot stress that enough) that this could be the South London property in question that is where Phillip Scofield allegedly had his “trysts” with his younger lover. The description fits the bill that the Daily Mail’s source revealed - South London location, penthouse apartment, two bedrooms and not too far from Television Centre London, where This Morning is filmed.

It would be a 50 minute trip by car, which by London standards is still considered a stone throw, with the outside facade very reminiscent of that which Philip Schofield had previously been photographed coming out of.

Those who are in the market might be interested in talking to Hamptons - Tower Bridge, with an offer of around £1.1 million, it’s the exact same amount speculated that the price was reduced to, and has also been on the market since March 2023.
