A look at Phillip Schofield’s daughters Ruby and Molly who was working at her father’s former talent agency

In all the furore of the scandal currently engulfing not only Phillip Schofield, Holly Willoughby and essentially anyone involved in the production of the ITV programme This Morning, it is easy to forget about the effect it must have had, and still be having, on Phillip Schofield’s adult daughters Ruby and Molly and their mother Stephanie Lowe.

After Phillip Schofield released his statement admitting he had an affair with a younger colleague, his talent agency YMU said: “This week we have learned important new information about our client Phillip Schofield. These facts contradicted what Phillip had previously told YMU, as well as the external advisors we had brought in to support him.”

YMU went on to say that, “As a result, on Thursday we agreed to part company with Phillip, with immediate effect.”

According to Hello! Phillip’s daughter Molly “started out as a PA (for YMU) in 2015 before being promoted to Assistant Talent manager less than one year later. In December 2020, YMU promoted her to a senior level.” The article goes on to say that, “It is not clear whether Molly has also parted ways with YMU, by her own accord or not, following her father’s abrupt departure, but at the moment she still has her job listed as ‘Talent Manager at YMU Group’ on her Linkedin profile and Instagram bio.”

Phillip has always enjoyed a close relationship with his daughters Ruby and Molly. Last year, he shared a photograph of both of them on his Instagram with the caption @rubyschofe @mollyschofe… no one could wish for more” followed by two heart emojis. Holly Willoughby responded with “Awww,” followed by a heart emoji.

Ruby Schofield, who is 27, and has 81.1K followers on her Instagram is the younger sister of Molly, who is 29. Ruby reportedly graduated from Leeds Beckett University where she studied for a degree in Psychology.
