Amanda Holden takes a swipe at Holly Willoughby after her return to This Morning by mocking her statement

Amanda Holden appeared to mock Holly Willoughby’s statement and the white Reiss dress she was wearing on her return to This Morning. 

It was a difficult day for Holly as she publicly addressed the Philip Schofiled drama for the first time but Amanda seemed to find the funny side. As her Instagram username says there was definitely @noholdenback for the BGT judge as she poked fun at the daytime host. 

In an Instagram story Amanda begins by saying 'Hello, it's Tuesday' and ‘Are you Ok’ appearing to throw shade at Holly and exactly what said at the beginning of her statement. Amanda smirks at the camera then goes on to point out the ‘white’ outfit from Me and Em that she is wearing and very similar to the one Holly wore yesterday.

On the Heart breakfast show Amanda's co-host Jaime Theakston also appeared to make-fun of the situation and joked “We're worried about your well-being” Amanda replied “I'm OK people, are you OK?” and then burst into laughter. 

It’s not the first time Amanda has made fun of the ITV host, during a discussion on her show about how David Beckham queued for 14 hours to see the Queen lying-in-state Amanda said “Get in line. Well, I mean he did get in line. Good on him.” Appearing to make a dig at Holly and Phil who were accused of skipping the queue - which they denied. 

Amanda loves to poke fun with her not-so-subtle hints, soon after Phillip announced his resignation from This Morning the radio host shared an image of the ‘bicep emoji’ on her social media. 

The pair reportedly fell out in 2018 after Amanda lost out to Rochelle Humes who would fill in for Holly when she went to present I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here. According to the Mirror Amanda was set to replace Holly but the offer was withdrawn at the last minute with sources claiming it was because of Phil.
