How do Zara Tindall and rumoured ex of Prince Harry Natalie Pinkham know each other?

Zara Tindall was spotted holding hands with rumoured ex-girlfriend of Prince Harry Natalie Pinkham at the Cheltenham Festival. Zara, 41, and Natalie, 45, looked deep in conversation as they walked through the racecourse together. 

Princess Anne's daughter Zara was seen wearing a burgundy Karen Millen coat that she previously wore to the Together at Christmas' Carol Service at Westminster Abbey. Natalie looked equally stylish in a double breasted grey check overcoat and Camilla Rose khaki green headband.

Natalie and the Duke of Sussex, 38, were linked in 2003 when the Prince was just 19. The pair were said to have been close but their relationship was purely platonic. Natalie wasn’t invited to the royal wedding and was said to be ‘miffed’ that the pair had grown apart. 

The TV presenter knew Harry for many years and as well as being a close pal was his drinking buddy and confidante. The pair never publicly commented on their relationship and it eventually cooled off after Harry met Meghan. Natalie wasn’t invited to the royal wedding and she wasn’t mentioned in his memoir ‘Spare’. 

Natalie went on to marry television executive Owian Walbyoff and the couple have two children Wilfred and Willow together. But it seems she has maintained a close relationship with his cousin Zara and the pair have become close friends over the years. 

The two women are similar in age, both have have young children and socialise in the same circles so it makes sense that they would become close pals.

She explained in an interview with Daily Mail that her girlfriends were her biggest cheerleaders. Natalie said “We're all working mums in the same industries, and we support each other”. she explained that Zara was “the most hands on mum”.
