Disability rights campaigner Mama Cax is honoured while Harry Styles is criticised for his Grammys speech

Wow, model and disability rights campaigner Mama Cax sounds like she was an amazing woman! She goes straight to the top of PeopleWorld’s hot list as she is today’s Google Doodle in honour of Black History Month.

The Google description reads that Mama Cax “challenged the fashion industry’s standard of beauty by wearing her prosthetic leg on the runway.” Mama Cax sadly passed way in 2019, but her legacy lives on!

Next up today is Tom Cruise. Seriously Tom Cruise must like the Royals a lot if he is set to miss filming to attend the coronation of King Charles this May. He clearly has a strong connection to the royals and is said to have enjoyed a special relationship with the late Queen in the final year before her passing. They even reportedly had tea together in her final weeks at Windsor Castle.

The final star on PeopleWorld’s hot list is the incredible LeBron James. He has become the NBA’s all-time leading scorer and has passed Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s long-standing record.

Now who is featured on PeopleWorld’s not so hot list today?

First up is Harry Styles. You may be surprised to read that Harry Styles is on PeopleWorld’s not so hot list today when he is more often than not featured on our hot list. However, he is featured today because his ‘people like me’ Grammys Speech has been criticised.

Harry was insinuating that his achievement ‘doesn’t happen to people like me very often,’ when one fan took to Twitter to say: “Harry said, ‘this doesn’t happen to people like me often. ‘Fam, yes it actually does. Very single year…”

Moving swiftly on…

Lorraine Kelly is on our not so hot list today. I am getting quite tired generally of the reaction from celebrities regarding Madonna’s appearance on the Grammys.

First it was Piers Morgan and now Lorraine Kelly has said that she ‘looks like a boiled egg.’ Come on Lorraine, enough is enough with this criticism. Madonna is the Queen of Pop and should be lauded or all her achievements, rather than being criticised for her appearance.

The final star on our not so hot list is Leonardo DiCaprio. The 48 year old star has been linked to 19 year old model Eden Polani. If the rumours are to be believed, Eden is the latest in a long line of Leonardo’s penchant for younger women.

I personally have nothing against him dating whoever he wants, but perhaps the serial daters should take a break and be single for a while?! Why not also try someone closer to your own age next time too?
