Three major Hollyoaks characters gone in a week, how many more will go following cast cull.

Another one bites the dust as three major characters leave Hollyoaks. The stars of the Channel 4 soap are dropping like flies following a huge cast cull.

In Wednesday (May 8) night’s episode fans watched Lizzie Chen-Williams (Lily Best) collapse at her father’s wedding and die after taking drugs at the reception. The dodgy drugs were handed out by Dilly who had bought them from Warren Fox’s dealers.

Hollyoaks Spoilers ahead* In Thursday night’s episode viewers will watch the aftermath of Lizzie’s death. Lizzie’s half-brother Mason Chen-Williams decides to leave Chester after an argument with his dad Dave. He explains to Cindy that he needs to be with his mother and heads off in a taxi.

Elsewhere Hunter McQueen has a delayed reaction to taking the drugs. He passes out on the sofa whilst sitting next to brother Prince. Along with Prince, Mercedes and Cleo try to wake Hunter but Cleo realises: “There's no pulse, he's dead.”

Actor Theo Graham who plays Hunter recently revealed he would be leaving the soap after eight years. Many fans speculated he would be killed off.

The Channel 4 soap announced in February that the show will be cut back from five to three episodes a week. There would be less cast members which is why it feels as though everyone in Hollyoaks is dying or leaving the soap this year.
